GEEZ, thank you for posting this!! We only recently got a Bumbo and have been using it to feed Alex his morning egg yolks.
I highly recommend the Baby Bjorn Babysitter balancer for use while cooking! http://www.babybjorn.com/us/products/bouncers/babysitter-balance/balance/ We added the little wooden toy attachment and he'll play happily with it while sitting in the kitchen with us.
Thanks Bethany! I'll have to check it out. I also might investigate an exersaucer -- her little legs are constantly moving, and all this kid wants to do it jump, jump, and jumps ome more!
