This was passed along to me -- I wish I had seen it before the Super Bowl! I'll repost it in the fall. It seems like a fabulous to get off the couch while watching the game!
While watching the big game, do the following:
For every touchdown: 15 crunches
For every flag: 30 crunches
For every field goal (made) 5 push-ups
For every field goal (missed) 10 push-ups
For every interception: 15 squats
For every sack: 10 squats
For every challenge flag: 60 second plank
I'm sure this can be altered for hockey, baseball, basketball -- enjoy!
I'll post another WOD tonight.
